We are seeking professionals to work with our service customers to provide a high level of customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Our facilities are DRUG FREE, must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen (does not test for THC).
- Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Must follow all company policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to executive management.
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
Key Functions:
- Greet customers.
- Create work orders.
- Assist customers with questions on vehicle operation and maintenance requirements.
- Order parts.
- Correspond with customers and our Auto Techs during repairs to ensure we continue to meet expectations.
- Review the final invoice and work overview at the time of payment.
- Maintain customer records according to industry safety standards.
