Secor Subaru is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager to help lead the way.

As we continue to strengthen and grow our Sales Department, we're seeking an F&I professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing profitability through ethical product sales, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process from deal structure through funding.
Present financing options and protection products professionally and transparently.
Secure financing through approved lending institutions.
Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals with lenders.
Present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Monitor contract funding and promptly resolve lender stipulations.
Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I experience.
Proven record of achieving finance and product sales goals.
Strong understanding of automotive lending and dealership operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

CDK experience.
Dealertrack experience.
Knowledge of Connecticut title and registration processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent automotive retail experience.
