Compensation:

Flat Rate Pay: $23.00–$32.00 per flat-rate hour, based on experience.
Earn Pay Increases as you complete Subaru factory training and achieve Subaru certification levels.
Performance-based career progression with opportunities for continued wage growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Subaru Lube Technician, you will:

Perform routine maintenance including:
- Oil and filter changes.
- Tire rotations.
- Battery inspections.
- Fluid level inspections and top-offs.
- Air and cabin filter replacements.
Complete Subaru multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document recommendations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Properly clock on and off labor operations and complete repair orders accurately.
Test drive vehicles when appropriate.
Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who has:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic automotive repair and maintenance knowledge.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior dealership or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
