Subaru Lube Technician

Location: New London, CT.

Department: Service Subaru

Reports to: Service Manager

Are you an experienced automotive technician looking to start or grow your career with a trusted dealership? At Secor Subaru, we’re a busy, upbeat, and professional service center that’s been proudly serving New London County for over 40 years. We’re looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team and take advantage of hands-on training, career growth, and a supportive shop environment.

What You’ll Do:

Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings.
Keep your bay clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
Clock on and off all labor lines and complete repair orders clearly.
Test drive vehicles when required.
Support the service team and contribute to overall shop efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license (required).
Basic automotive knowledge and eagerness to learn.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
