Secor Subaru is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing Sales Team. Responsibilities

  •  Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process from deal structure through funding 
  •  Present financing options and F&I products in a professional and customer-focused manner 
  •  Secure financing through approved lending institutions 
  •  Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals with lenders 
  •  Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant 
  •  Present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection products 
  •  Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers 
  •  Accurately prepare purchase agreements, finance contracts, and related paperwork 
  •  Monitor contract funding and resolve lender stipulations promptly 
  •  Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including privacy and disclosure requirements 
  •  Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability 
  •  Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores 
Qualifications

Required:

  •  Minimum 2 years of Automotive F&I experience 
  •  Proven track record of achieving finance and product sales goals 
  •  Strong understanding of automotive lending and dealership operations 
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills 
  •  Strong organizational and time-management abilities 
  •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 
Preferred:

  •  CDK experience 
  •  Dealertrack experience 
  •  Knowledge of Connecticut title and registration processes 
  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent dealership experience
